Klaus Hofer
and Joanne MacPhail register Communications & Training in
Toronto, Canada. |

Applied Psychology presentations were made at the University
of Massachusetts (Lowell) . The
first teaching assignment followed. |

Communications & Training was incorporated under the laws of
Ontario.

SAP AG in Walldorf Germany
contracts Klaus Hofer for their training and documentation
development team. Klaus Hofer now teaches at the SAP
International Training Center. |

PECON Company Communications
(Roland Mueller) in Zurich
signs Klaus Hofer as consultant and trainer for projects
with Zurich Financial Services and Nestle Headquarters. |

Robert Horn,
developer of the Information Mapping® method, attends Hofer's workshop "Applied Psychology for Technical
Communicators" in Amsterdam. |

With Roland Mueller, Klaus Hofer now delivers IMAP training to several multinational corporations all over

edition of "good webrations" is published in Munich. New
business opportunities are developing in South America. |

CAT-i
is formed. Wolfgang Schwaminger is CEO, Klaus Hofer

year of service CAT-i is headquartered in Vienna with
